One company to hjkcxz feed off the success of gambling websites is Neteller Casino, another hefty company with a market capitalisation of just under £900m. Graham Neale, a director of stockbroker Killik & Co, explains: "It has carved out a very profitable business handling customer money for Netellergambling websites."
Although the online gaming sector appears, to some, to be one of the latest crazes, Mr Neale warns Neteller shares are not a straightforward investment. "While the business is highly cash-generative and growing quickly, it owes much of its position in the gambling marketplace to US anti-gambling legislation," he explains.
"As a result of the current legal framework, gambling websites are in general unable to take payments directly from US customers via their bank cards. US citizens are currently the largest Neteller market for online gambling and a change in the legal position could put Neteller's earnings outlook at risk."
